Several Horizon Science Academy students were given the opportunity to showcase the science, technology, engineering and mathematic projects they have been working on this year at our monthly luncheon. These students were selected to help the community understand the different types of projects students work on here at HSA.
Different community members are invited each month to our luncheons. The community members provide vital feedback to the students on their projects and presentation. This month we would like to thank Tom Metzger, TARTA; Linda Alvarado, Executive Director of Community Relations; Randy Wharton, Owens Community College Dean of STEM; Dylan Wee, Alumni and UT engineering student; and James Diever, Buckeye Hope.
