Parents and Guardians,
We’re delighted that you selected HSA Springfield as your school of choice this year and fervently hope that you provide us the opportunity to educate your student moving forward. We are beginning our planning for the 21-22 school year – and the first step is determining which of our students will return for this next academic year.
The steps you need to take to express your re-enrollment intention are different depending on whether your child is hybrid or remote.
Please review the appropriate section below to see which steps you need to take
If your student is a hybrid student, he or she will bring home a re-enrollment packet.
Students in Grades K-3, as well as those in 4-8 hybrid group B (Thursday, Friday) were given this packet today. 4-8 students in group A (Monday, Tuesday) will be given their packets on Monday.
On the front page of this packet, you are asked to indicate whether your child will return next year.
If you indicate that your child will return, please complete the remaining pages of the packet, as this is all paperwork we need to collect from you annually.
Once you have completed this packet, please send it back to school with your child.
All packets are due no later than Thursday, 4.1.21 – on this date, we will open up enrollment to the public.
If your student is fully remote, please click the link below to access a google form. On this form, you will indicate whether your child will return next academic year.
*Please note, if you have more than one student at our school you will need to complete one form for each child.
Your child’s advisor will verbally confirm your response during their next weekly call.
If you have indicated that your child will return, your advisor will mail you a packet of paperwork that you will need to complete and return to the school to finalize the re-enrollment process.
Please complete this form no later than Thursday, 4.1.21 – on this date, we will open up enrollment to the public.
Should you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Have a great day and a wonderful weekend.
